Barn weddings near Bell Buckle, TN

Larkspur Hollow

A restored 1920s barn, an old white oak and forty acres of open field. Say your vows at golden hour, then dance under string lights until midnight.

Our story

A family barn, opened up for your people.

The barn at Larkspur Hollow stored hay and tobacco for three generations. We kept the hand-hewn beams, the tin roof and the sliding doors, then added a poured floor, heat, air and a proper bar.

Everything else is the land itself: the white oak where most couples say their vows, the meadow for cocktail hour, and a sunset that drops right behind the silo around seven in summer.

One wedding per day, so the whole farm is yours.

Kind words

What couples tell us.

Sample review

We wanted a barn that didn't feel like a theme. The light at 7 PM under that oak is something our photographer still talks about.

Sample review

Our caterer, our band, our timeline. The venue manager handled the rest and kept the bar stocked with ice all night.

FAQ

Good questions, plain answers.

Something else on your mind? Ask in the availability form below.

Can we bring our own caterer?

Yes. Any licensed and insured caterer is welcome, and the barn has a prep kitchen with two fridges and a warming oven. We also keep a short list of caterers who know the farm well.

How does alcohol work?

You buy your own beer, wine and spirits. A licensed and insured bartending service must serve it. Last call is at 10:30 PM.

What if it rains?

The ceremony moves inside the barn, facing the open doors, and the porch stays covered for cocktail hour. You decide with the venue manager the morning of the wedding.

Where can our guests stay?

There are inns, cabins and two hotels within about twenty minutes of Bell Buckle. We send you the list with your contract, plus a shuttle company that knows the drive.

Do you recommend vendors?

Yes: caterers, florists, photographers, DJs and a rental company for extras. None of them are required, so book whoever you like.

Can we visit before booking?

Of course. Tours run on weekday evenings and Sunday afternoons. Pick a date in the form and we'll confirm a time.
